    • Air France Renovated Lounge – Which one should you visit?

Posted at 9:23 am by Minority Travel, on October 20, 2018

I recently (Oct 2018) visited the newly renovated Air France business lounge at CDG Terminal 2E, port L and I can say it’s probably one of the best business class lounges I have seen (think better than LHR Virgin Atlantic).

I will let the pics speak for themselves but the lounge has two dining areas, extremely comfortable seating, relaxing atmosphere and when I spent about 5 hours during a layover, the lounge didn’t get or feel crowded!

Food – open buffet! In the AM they served the usual scrambled eggs, cold cuts, fruits, cheeses, drinks and pastries.

the lounge had showers, sauna, small salon and napping areas!

I can’t believe I am about to say this, but this lounge, although not as luxurious as La Premiere lounge which I reviewed here, it definitely felt more “entertaining”  especially for a long layover…it’s more lively if you enjoy people watching 🙂   If you have the chance to visit any lounge in 2E K, L or M, definitely opt for the one in L, even if your flight does not leave from L. You can always take the train shuttle to L and tell security that you want to visit the lounge.
